Our Team and values

Milcare was formed in 2018, initially as care brokerage company and then more recently as a care company following successful registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a care provider.

Milcare was founded on the ethos of "no one should have to put up with poor care".
We believe in honesty, openness and placing quality over profits.
We measure our quality daily by asking ourselves "if my family was having this support, would I be happy with it".

We recruit highly qualified individuals to provide the level of support we deliver.
All of our PA's are paid higher than competitors as we value their expertise and professionalism.

We deliver a holistic, truly person centred care service delivered by well trained, passionate and professional Personal Assistants who share our vision. We operate with a ‘can do’ attitude and look to find solutions where others see problems, ensuring that the service we provide exceeds expectations not just from time to time, but all of the time.

We place emphasis on empowerment, respect and dignity for everyone who uses our services – each member of our society is valuable and should be valued in the same way you treat your own family members. The Milcare community is closely bonded and the team work together in valuing each and every community member.
